Shipping / Returns
Payment Information:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We accept checks and money orders. We ship when payment is received.
Domestic (US) Shipping Information:
We ship domestic orders via UPS Ground unless specific shipping options are requested by the customer. Other shipping options available are UPS Next Day, UPS 2-Day, and UPS 3-Day. Some small orders can be shipped via mail, if requested, for less than UPS Ground cost. UPS Ground shipping is $5.95. International Shipping:
International orders are shipped by US Postal Service, Express Air Mail. In some cases, for small packages, US Postal Service Global Priority Air Mail is used. Shipping costs depends on destination location and weight of package – normally between $25.00 and $49.00. Shipping time is normally 3 to 9 days. Call or e-mail for shipping quotes. Returns/Exchanges
Requests for all returns, exchanges or refunds must be received within 3 days of receiving product. Returned product must be received by A.A. Outfitters within 10 days of return authorization. Contact us in person, at 570-643-8000 or at aaoutfit@epix.net for return authorization. No returns without a return authorization. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged for returns received without authorization.
Shipping cost is not refundable on returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns or exchanges must be returned in exact condition as when purchased, with tags and packaging. Shipping cost is not refundable.
In store purchases – there is a 15% restocking fee for any returns accepted for a cash / credit card refund. There is no fee for exchanges.
We will gladly help with any defective equipment issues, warranty issues and returns to manufacturers.
Tax:
Pennsylvania sales tax charged only to shipping addresses in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania sales tax for merchandise is 6%. No tax on clothing or shipping. No sales tax on orders outside of Pennsylvania.
