I gave the Simms Headwaters Wading Boots with the inserted hardbite studs a try this past weekend. The studs were easy to insert using a cordless drill/driver. The boots fit very well, were very easy to get on and off, were comfortable and noticeably light. I chose the Headwaters because I put on a few miles fishing this past weekend and thought these lightweight boots would help when hiking some miles. I was not disappointed. The hardbite studs made for some confident wading and definitely helped in some tough footing. Great boots and studs. Highly recommend these. As usual, Simms has made a great product for Fishermen!
