Fishing has been very good for April. Normally, conditions are a bit ‘severe” in April, with high water and cold temperatures. But water is low and water temps are excellent, with the exception of the Lower Lehigh (below the dam) being a bit too cold for surface activity. We’ve had good hatches of Hendricksons, Caddis, Blue Quills and Little Black Stoneflies.
