I received more info on the Sage Casting Analyzer. It seems pretty cool! We’ll be getting one in early Spring. This is a rod / reel / line which you cast here at the Shop. We take a palm pilot type data storage instrument into the shop and feed your data into a computer and almost instantly we receive feedback, analysis, and suggestions about your cast. This tool is designed to help customers improve their casting. Can’t wait!
It’s cold and snowy! We received over an inch and a half of rain mixed with snow in the past few days and it is brutal out there. Highs in the 40s with rain mixed in. Lows in the 30s. Water levels are high and unfishable in some cases. We should see warming over the wekend (Oct 28, 29, 30) with little or no rain predicted so fishing may be good this weekend. Sunday seems like a good bet.

We got rain! Water levels are a bit high for this weekend but it looks like water levels should be ideal about mid-week (Oct 19, 20). Blue winged Olives in small numbers.
